Check-in/Check-Out
The property is self check-in. We provide you with the access codes to the property before your arrival.
In order to ensure adequate time for a thorough clean between guests, check-in time is 3pm or later. It does not matter how late you arrive.
In case you arrive in Padstow earlier, you may leave your luggage in the conservatory and park your car/s in the garage any time after 11am and return to property after 3pm.
Check-out is no later than 10am. Please respect this time to allow housekeeping to complete their cleaning regime.
Dogs and Other Pets
We regret that dogs and other pets are NOT permitted.
Barbeques & Open Fires
Barbeques and Open Fires are NOT permitted at any time.
Rubbish Collection (MONDAYS)
Please put all rubbish (including recyclables and bottles) in the provided 60L black bin bags. This should be left in or next to the green dustbins in the garden.
Please do not put any loose rubbish or the white bathroom wastepaper bin bags in the green bins.
Our waste management contractor collects on MONDAYS.
We send zero rubbish to landfill. Everything is recycled or sent for electricity generation by incineration.

Should any appliance or facility require repair whilst you are staying with us, please let us know. We will try to ensure a speedy repair and/or replacement to reduce any inconvenience.
We understand that accidents sometimes happen, we ask that you please inform us of any breakage or damage to our property as soon as possible. We will reimburse your deposit, once the property has been cleaned and checked after your stay.
Damage to or loss of Personal Belongings
We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, howsoever caused. Please ensure your personal belongings are insured as necessary.
Emergencies
Medical: Please call NHS 111 in the first instance. Padstow surgery will not see patients who have not first been in contact with NHS 111.
In case of risk of death, fire or flood, please call 999 to summon the emergency services.
